Delete your 5D Rising account
You can request deletion right here from any browser — you don't need the 5D Rising app installed, and you don't need to be signed in anywhere else. We verify it's you by email, then permanently delete your account and data. This is a deletion, not a pause or deactivation, and it cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Everything 5D Rising holds about you, including:
- Your 5D Rising profile and account record
- All coaching conversations and messages
- Derived summaries and insights Rising generated from your 5D Aurora journal and vision board
- Your connector consent and any linked-app authorisations held by Rising
- Reports, progress history and analytics tied to your account
- All active sessions and sign-in tokens (you'll be signed out everywhere)
- Your RevenueCat subscriber identity held by Rising
What is not deleted
- Your separate 5D Aurora account, and Aurora-owned data such as journal entries, gratitude logs and vision boards
- Purchase receipts held by Apple or Google, which those stores keep for their own tax and billing records
- Records we're legally required to retain (for example accounting records of a payment), kept only as long as the law requires
Your 5D Aurora account is separate
5D Aurora is a separate service with its own account and its own data (journal entries, gratitude logs, vision boards). Deleting your 5D Rising account removes Rising's copies of anything derived from Aurora and revokes Rising's access, but it does not touch your Aurora account or Aurora-owned data. To delete that too, use Aurora's own deletion page:
Delete your 5D Aurora accountIf that page isn't available yet, email hello@5daurora.com from your Aurora address and ask for account deletion.
How long it takes
- Immediately after you confirm: your request is verified and your account is locked from further use.
- Within 7 days: your account and all data listed above are permanently deleted from our live systems.
- Within 30 days: encrypted backups containing your data age out and are overwritten.
Cancel a subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play — stores don't let us cancel it for you, and deleting your account does not stop store billing.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
